Why Care Candidate exists
Make nanny hiring easier, more organized and more professional for everyone involved.

It started on the caregiver side
Care Candidate was founded by someone who spent decades working as a professional nanny. From the inside, the hiring process looked the same every time: recreate the work history, rewrite the application, re-collect the references, re-send the credentials, re-explain the same professional information to a new family in a new format.
Nothing carried forward. Years of real professional experience had no consistent way to be presented.
Then the same problem appeared on the other side
The larger realization was that families face the exact same fragmentation from the opposite direction. Parents find candidates in many different places — referrals, Facebook groups, agencies, neighborhood groups, job sites — and then manage resumes, messages, screenshots, emails, interviews, references, background checks, notes and hiring steps separately.
Two sides of one hiring process, both trying to keep it organized on their own, with no shared structure between them.
One organized process for both sides
Nannies get one comprehensive professional Care Card they can maintain throughout their careers. Families get a guided way to create their job, collect standardized applications, compare candidates, and move through the hiring process step by step.
Care Candidate isn't trying to replace where families find candidates. It's the organized layer around everything that happens next.
