Using Care Candidate

By creating an account you agree to use Care Candidate for its intended purpose: families organizing a nanny search, and caregivers presenting their professional experience and applying to roles. Accounts are for one person and one account type.

What Care Candidate is not

Care Candidate is an organizational tool. We do not employ caregivers, do not place candidates, do not guarantee any hire, and do not perform background checks or reference checks on your behalf. Hiring decisions, verification of information, and any resulting employment relationship are entirely between the family and the caregiver.

Pricing

Families may create and preview a job for free. Publishing a job and activating its public Apply link costs $99 per nanny search. Pricing may change or be tested in the future; the price shown at the time of purchase is the price that applies.

Nannies are never charged. Creating a core Care Card and applying to jobs is free, and there is no caregiver subscription.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish, and for only submitting information you have the right to share — including reference contacts.

Beta status

Care Candidate is in private beta. Features may change, and the service is provided as is while we work with early families and caregivers.

Changes

These terms are a working draft written for the beta period. A complete version will be published here before public launch.
